Tripod detectives is an investigative thriller set in the underbelly of blackmail, deceit, high stakes and million-dollar clients. Tripod detectives, a script by Drew Henriksen is action-packed; It is the story of two war veterans, turned detectives who are also trying to make a mark in the entertainment business.

Ian and Doug form the formidable duo detectives. Veterans from Iraq, they do not let the loss of a limb or two stop them from chasing the villains around and apprehending them. When the duo is hired by the CEO of a top casino to set things right when high roller customer is blackmailed after a romp in the secret room of the casino, putting the casino’s reputation at risk, they take up the case and follow the leads available. The chase takes them deeper down the rabbit hole as it opens up more cans of worms and the stakes get bigger.

Tripod Detectives has all the elements for the making of a glitzy, engaging, nerve wracking, edge of the seat thriller, with chases, gun fights, suspense et all. And, if in the hands of a well-heeled production design, set in plush casinos and high stakes gambling dens, Tripod Detectives can be as glamorous at it can be thrilling. The script also throws around a wry sense of humor, sprinkled generously throughout the script. This script has the inherent potential to develop into a full-length feature or even an extended television on web series that can run into multiple interconnected chapters.
